What is Capsule?

The App

Capsule is an app built to perform one weekly habit: reflect on your week and share it with the people closest to you.

Once a week, you take a few focused minutes for a reflection and write about what stayed with you — something you did, felt, or thought. You can also add a photo, and choose a song that represents your week. You can share your capsule with up to 15 people — your small, private circle — or keep it to yourself.

After writing, your capsules become part of a personal archive, to which you can return anytime you like. That's the structure.

Capsule is not a feed. There are no likes, no public audience, and no algorithms. It's designed to be quiet.

The Reason

What story are your weeks building?

Weeks pass quickly. Without intention, they blur together and most of it fades. By taking 10 minutes every week to reflect, you remember more clearly what actually happened and what it meant to you.

Also, sharing with a small circle creates a different kind of connection. Instead of constant updates and surface-level interaction we see a lot on social media these days, you exchange one intentional reflection each week and start living with the sense you know what's really going on in each other's lives.

Over time, the entries form a record of your year, building lasting memories one week at a time. These memories are not only fun to look back on, but also remind you to make the most of your weeks ahead.
